Location: the hotel was not far from outlet mall, and a supermarket. There were a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator, and a work desk in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. The breakfast was delicious, the check in was easy. We didn't want to say goodbye and would love to go back.

It had great location close enough to the town centre and a good Italian restaurant nearby. Every staff member was amiable and helpful. The breakfast selection was delicious and good.

The hotel was a great stop for a post-hiking break, with clean showers and comfortable beds. The public hot tub was a nice bonus and the washer and dryer were very convenient. I also appreciated the early luggage drop-off option and the fact that important signs were translated into English, making it easier for solo travelers.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, including clean showers, comfortable beds, an automatic detergent dispenser in the washer and dryer, and a public bath house. The hotel provided English translations on everything important, making it easy for us as limited language speakers. The early luggage drop-off was convenient. The hotel's Mt. Fuji viewing deck and public bath area were a real highlight. We got excellent value for our money with a delicious breakfast available at only ¥500 and friendly staff who took good care of us.

The hiking location of this hotel is great, and there are showers and comfy beds for tired hikers. The hot tub is a nice touch, and the automatic detergent dispensers in the laundry room are convenient.

The distance from the train station is far, and while walkable, it may not be ideal for those with heavy luggage. The limited amount of pillows in the rooms can be frustrating.

We had a great stay at Hotel Kan-Raku Fujisan in Gotemba. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a couple like us. The hotel is fairly new and everything was clean and well-maintained. We were lucky enough to have a room near the terrace and got a stunning view of Mount Fuji. The staff were friendly and able to communicate in English, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were also impressed with the hotel's amenities, such as the option to use the washer and dryer machines for our sweaty and dusty clothes after climbing Mount Fuji. we highly recommend Hotel Kan-Raku Fujisan for a pleasant stay in Gotemba.
